Nashville native Megan Killion concentrates her practice on class actions, mass torts, complex litigation, personal injury, including medical malpractice, consumer protection, and plaintiff’s side employment law. She handles all aspects of case management including pre-litigation evaluation and strategy, client management, written discovery and depositions, expert witness selection and management, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Ms. Killion enjoys building relationships with her clients, many of whom are contacting an attorney for the first time during a very difficult time in their lives. She believes that the best possible outcome for a client comes from combining individual attention with the experience of an attorney who can anticipate potential problems and brainstorm creative solutions.

Prior to joining HSGLaW, Ms. Killion was an attorney at Branstetter, Stranch & Jennings, PLLC in Nashville. She also previously worked with the Metropolitan Nashville Department of Law. Ms. Killion received her undergraduate degree from Belmont University in Nashville in 2005, graduating magna cum laude. She received her law degree in 2008 from Vanderbilt University Law School. An active volunteer, she has worked with the Legal Aid Society’s Volunteer Lawyers Program through the walk-in legal advice clinic and has handled numerous pro bono cases. Ms. Killion lives in Nashville’s Sylvan Park neighborhood with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside at Nashville’s many beautiful parks and greenways.
